Terms of Service
These Terms govern restaurant operator use of Dineos.
Last updated: 2026-05-05
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of Dineos by restaurants, stores, and other business operators. A person who creates an account, uses the service, or starts a paid subscription is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. The account holder is responsible for all activity under the account.
3. Service
The Service provides tools such as QR menu ordering, menu management, table management, reservations, analytics, and restaurant pages according to the selected plan. Features may differ by plan.
4. Plans and Fees
The Service offers monthly subscription plans: Lite Plan ¥2,980/month including tax, Standard Plan ¥4,480/month including tax, and Pro Plan ¥7,980/month including tax. Eligible new registrations may receive the first 3 months at ¥0/month unless otherwise stated. The displayed amount is the total monthly service fee charged to the customer. Consumption tax and qualified invoice issuer status are disclosed on the Commercial Disclosure page. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
5. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Users may cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Because the Service is provided digitally, fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or separately agreed by the operator.
6. Price, Plan, and Trial Changes
The operator may change plan prices, plan contents, usage limits, or trial conditions by notifying users at least two months in advance where the change materially affects existing users. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised conditions.
7. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of restaurant, menu, price, image, reservation, order, and customer information entered into the Service.
- Users must obtain any required consent from their own customers when collecting or using customer data through the Service.
- Users must not upload illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
8. Prohibited Acts
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of APIs, or interference with the Service.
- Use for illegal activity, fraud, spam, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Sharing accounts with unauthorized parties or bypassing plan limits.
9. Suspension and Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay fees, or use the Service unlawfully.
10. Service Changes and Availability
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice when practical.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service software, design, and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. Restaurant content entered by users remains the responsibility of the user, who grants the operator the rights necessary to provide and display the Service.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, except where prohibited by law.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance unless another mandatory jurisdiction applies.
